I would to know if it exist a version the plug that doesnt requier php8 or mcpe protocol 448 ? If yes wich one pls ?

there isn't a php7 support plugin i think

as of pmmp/PocketMine-MP@974d08e, PHP 7.4 is no longer supported. This means you will have to update your php binary to 8.0 to use newest PocketMine.
