Custom Item's texture or name isn't showing on hotbar

Describe the bug
Since 1.17.30, somehow mojang fucked up the item and now Item's texture isn't showing on hotbar.
It seems client bug and cannot find the valid way to fix this.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Join the server, with the custom items.
- Get the custom item, and see the texture isn't showing on hotbar.
Expected behavior
Described on above.

- OS: All platforms
- PocketMine-MP Version: 3.23.1
- CustomItemLoader Version: eb80c9b
