Ongoing - Neovim configuration

• add mini completion or a pared down cmp
• use meta combinations to designate "outside vim" type controls
• arrange plugins by behaviour
• move keybindings to a single file (if possible)
• check colour theming for all plugins, amend if necessary
  • look at making a custom theme from arctic and tidying it all up
  • perhaps look at a custom theme fork for playing around in lush, with the ability to export a plain config file
• customise functionality and design of lualine
