[Feature request] Always show help

It would be great if there were a toggle or option always to show help. This would make the program much easier to use for beginners, especially those without much experience with Magit. Right now, I've been toggling help all the time.
I've been thinking about this too. It could even be the default (and disabled via config)!
I think the help menu needs some work to look nicer. Merging this behind a config option for now:
