Draft ticket release comms

What
Whilst there is a comms embargo due to the general election, we should draft all ticket release comms in preparation for when the embargo is lifted, however, we should be able to send comms privately to known contacts. Release the agreed number of tickets (saving tickets for community, stakeholders, SMT and when we make the big announcement publicly.

To announce the release of tickets for the F2F DSDay 2024.

Meeting with Keiron Fletcher & Gareth Price - 4th July 2024
Can put comms on own DS page from Tuesday
Official channels have to go via the Cabinet Office Press Office (external sign-off required)
Can promote own personal channels early next week
Option to add to Instagram - (proposed Mia could help)
Pushed as a top priority with Cabinet Office
Also requested Gareth & Keiron encourage other teams to join (have a stand and showcase) - Imran to send a few lines as to what we are offering
1st blog to be sent 1 week before tickets go on release
Normally two-week turnaround - DD sign-off / Cabinet Office sign-off etc.
Follow-up meeting to be set once Gareth & Keiran get decisions - early next week
1st round - 200 tickets 23/07
2nd round - 175 tickets 01/08
50 hidden tickets for staff/speakers
If for any reason we don't sell all 200 tickets in the first round, we will add any remaining to round 2
Blog posts for release of tickets following scouting visit to the venue.
@Ciandelle is this done? Do you still need a 2i?
@trang-erskine we just needed confirmation of exactly when we're releasing tickets but otherwise it's ready to go out
