Long reads?

You've tested it with NGS which is limited to 100-200bps reads. For large INDELS, long reads from ONT for example are unlimited in size and can go up few thousand bps. The reads are usually aligned with minimap2. Do you suppose HyINDEL will call INDELS? or do you plan to release update to support it?
