Scaling from parent container

Hello,
please see https://presentation.varioous/l8spme6s. We are try to use reveal.js with vis.js. Reveal sets a css class of transform: translate(-50%, -50%) scale(0.5); to the slides. Then the mouse pointer is not calculated correct any more.
Any ideas or help?
