No source for arisc so-core blobs

So-core have no any sources and documents.

These are pretty much equal to firmware files.

So Core is important part of SoC so have it much appreciated to have it, as Cortex-M3 can consider like one small cpu core, thats still blob

/drivers/arisc/binary/* is firmware for co-processor, and there is no opensource for it.

Should probably be reworked to use firmware loading interface instead of embedding the firmware into the kernel.

The format of SCP firmware has been changed from binary to text source.
