Using spring boot and archaius to dynamically update configuration variables

End-points:
http://localhost:8080?variable=string
http://localhost:8080?variable=boolean
http://localhost:8080?variable=numeric

1. Update filepath located at the application-dev.properties to point to the root dynamic.properties file
2. Start spring boot app
3. Go to any end-point in the browser
4. Update dynamic.properties
5. Refresh the browser to see the changes
