Parse the animations components from Stylus to SCSS

We need to refactory the animations located in the stylus files and after that, parse from stylus to scss.

Suggestions
As @afonsopacifer suggest in this issue #19, we can refactory the structure but can stay with the stylus and scss files. What do you think @all-animation/infrastructure team?
