Create a sinatra app that incorporates the sunlight api
- every page should include links back to the homepage
index should contain
- a search box for legislators by zip code.
- a list of favorited legislators
Display the search results.
- Republican legislators should be red.
- Democratic legislators should be blue.
- Independents are purple
- Each result should have a button to store the legislator as a favorite in the db
- Favorited legislators should have firstname and lastname, party, phone, state, twitter_id, and in_office, votesmart_id in the database

- display recent tweets
- include additional searches by state, name etc
- Add additional Search features to search by name, state
