tests: Fill and automate smoke test cases.

We have collected some smoke test cases for v1.2.0 release, it will be published ASAP.
For v1.3.0 we should push it in two ways.

1. Fill to cover commonly user cases, i.e. the job queue operation( missed at v1.2.0 ).

2. Automation is always needed for us, we should find and choose an automation test framework to implement it.

The specific job:

1. Release smoke test cases v0.1. (09/20)

2. Identify and evaluate use cases and, if appropriate, fill in test sets v1.0. (09/30)

3. The automation test framework. Suggestions are welcome, if any one has suggestion please comment here.
