[BUG] 启动单机多partition的时候，udf函数接口空指针

该接口异常functionProvider->getMatchInfoReader
大部分情况下返回null
偶尔能正常返回

如果单机多partition部分列是空数据的情况下会导致udf部分接口为空，引擎同学修复中
