Deploy static content to Pages task is getting failure

In the commit CI, the "Deploy static content to Pages" is getting failure. I guess it may be related to that I disabled the performance check recently.
@PikachuHyA do you have time to look at this?
It is annoying that it is not stable. We'd better find the reasons.
