What is the current behavior?
searching for a location in Belgium while language set to "en", return the address in 2 languages (en & de).
to reproduce, search for "rue de la Loi", select the address and it will show "Rue de la Loi - Wetstraat" in the suggestion.name
What is the expected behavior?
return the address in a single language 'en'.
This is probably because the name is actually bilingual in Brussels (fr - nl, not en - de as you report), so that will not change. Note that places is in deprecation mode and will stop working in May 2022

This is not a bug: There are no official denomination for that street in English.
What is the expected behavior?
return the address in a single language 'en'.
We do not automatically translate street names based on the locale, and neither does GoogleMaps - the leading actor in the market. This is not an intuitive behaviour and prevents users from navigating a map. Searching for Law Street, Brussels
will yield no results on GMaps while rue de la Loi, Brussels
will.
That fact that the street returns two names is because there are two official denominations for that street: one in French and one in Flemish.
