Pin files

We should add a feature that allows you to pin files that you use most frequently.
Add a section before other files titled "Pinned files". This section would include the files you pinned within that tab (online/download).
To pin items:
- pin icon on the far right of the file item
- utilize select to pin more than one file at once * "Select files" issue
