Badge does not show on Android Emulator

I created very simple app by installing this library and done the configurations as mentioned.
But, seems it does not work on android emulator.
I tried with Google pixel and Nexus emulators. Both are same. no badge shows there.
I'm using
Xamarin.Forms v 5.0.0.2012
Xamarin.Badge.plugin 2.0.0
Compile using ANDROID 11(R)
MinimumAndroid 5.0(Api21)
Target Android 11(Api30)
