Handle three quotes (for docstring in python)

delimitMate is ~~very good at~~~ handling a special case of three quotes (used for docstrings in python), would be cool to have auto-pairs support it as wel:
@maximbaz What would have happened if you had inserted a fourth quote?
Can you move over the quotes after inserting something?
Turns out no 🙂 I will strike out the "very good" in the description 😄
Not even sure if we can do something about it or should just close the issue.
