Add cloud-hypervisor and cloud-hypervisor-remote as downloads
The first binary is used to launch a VM, the second is a utility to access the built-in API over a UNIX socket.

These can be added as two separate binaries, rather than a system install option as there's not much to do, just download it and move it.
