Automated UI tests

We need automated UI tests to ensure Pororoca Desktop quality. Today, each release requires a lot of manual testing.
Apparently, UI tests with Appium are possible and it would be good to have them.
This is a good first issue for new contributors, to create the UI test project and a simple test with Appium.
