API automation test framework base on JsonRpc.

运行方法：

在terminal下面运行命令：

python main.py number arg1 arg2 arg3

说明： arg1 ：执行测试用例条数 －－ 0 ： 全部用例 －－其他数字为具体条数 arg2 ：被执行测试的用例集合（folder），例如本案例中饿baseService，此参数为字符型 arg3 ：等待时间，相当与python中的sleeptime意义一致。
