WSA Package Manager 1.40 Unauthorized (Reauthenticate popup not apear)

when click on Reauthenticate nothing happend and popup not apear.
disable and re-enable USB debbugging not help .

I'm aware of this bug (it's a WSA bug), that is why I added the second option with instructions in case nothing appears (enter developer options, disable USB debugging, then re-enable it, the popup should then appear)
