BUG: AttributeError: module 'aleph.manage' has no attribute 'app' on 3.15.5

Describe the bug
If I remove the command
directive in the API section of the docker-compose the server fails to start
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- remove the
command
directive in the API section of the docker-compose - Start the server
- See error
Expected behavior
Server starts
Aleph version
3.15.5

I've already seen the issues #3611, #3606 and checked the main

This should be resolved in the latest release (3.17.0). Feel free to reopen this issue in case you still experience issues.
