What happened:

$ kubectl krew install rbac-tool
Updated the local copy of plugin index.
Installing plugin: rbac-tool

@w7089 thanks for the info - can you please send the output of this ls -la ~/.krew/bin ?

Also, did you reinstall kubectl recently, after installing krew and rbac-tool?
