Create a fallback solution for cutscenes in case Vimeo is blocked.

Cutscenes are hosted on Vimeo because they allow you to hid the controls/branding. However, Vimeo is blocked in some school systems. It seems like YouTube is more common and less likely to be blocked. Maybe we could put the cutscenes on YouTube too and use that as a fallback?
