Backlinks are not exported, and queries I make to do the same thing run forever without result

It would be good to have some way to include backlinks in sharing notes. Is there a secret? Do I have to export the various files in some order? Nothing seems to work.
Backlinks should work if the note-which-is-to-be-linked-to is already exported.
The note-which-contains-the-links needs to find an existing shared URL to link to. (This will happen automatically - you don't need to add the URL in yourself).
