[ENH] Versioning notebooks

Feature Request
The current implementation in RoHub generates DOIs for notebooks, however it lacks to track versioning of notebooks repositories.
Describe the solution you'd like
Facilitate the discovery of how to cite and versioning in notebook repositories.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I list below some potential solutions (and their level of difficulty):
- Ignore versioning and continue with current RoHub service to generate DOI (+).
- A new semi-automated workflow using CITATION.cff file for all notebook repositories. CITATION.cff is well-integrated with Zenodo (++).
- Ask RoHub support team to improve integration with GitHub (+++).
