[BUG] Binder badges not working

Describe the bug
The GESIS binder badges aren't working. The https://notebooks.gesis.org/binder/v2/gh/github_account_name/repository_name/HEAD url returns Failed to connect to event stream. The badge generator in GESIS points to the standard https://mybinder.org/v2/gh/ path which only has 2 GB memory and 1 CPU core.
How To Reproduce
- Go to any of the notebooks in the gallery
- Click over the Binder badge
Expected behaviour
Open the Jupyter Server.
Environment (generate for Linux, macOS and 64-bit Windows)
