Highlight.js ALAN: Add Block Comments Support

Our custom ALAN syntax for highlight.js doesn't cover the new block comments that will be available with ALAN Beta8.
Although currently there are no documents using highlight.js, it might be worth updating the ALAN syntax, just in case — which would also be a good occasion to rebuild our HLJS package, which is very old and doesn't contain all the latest improvements and fixes.
There are also some other syntax details that might require fixing too (I don't remember exactly which, but I know something was missing).
