MANUAL: Fix MESSAGEs

Some of the default runtime MESSAGEs listed in App. C.1. Input Response Messages are malformed (missing closing ", or an extra comma added), while others don't match their actual default definition as found in compiler/msg.c (master branch).

Fix them accordingly.
