Scatter Chart does not save saturation value

I'm having a problem w/ the Scatter Chart by Akvelon retaining the saturation configured. It works fine in the BI desktop development, but does show up in the published report.

I've tried this multiple times with the same result. Also after saving and closing the BI desktop and restarting and opening the report the saturation is lost again despite the field still being in the color saturation slot. it come I have t delete it and add it again to get it back (temporarily). This works correctly in the stock scatter so I don't believe its anything I'm doing incorrectly.

I really like this visual and hope you can get this part working .
