This stuff still pops up with next generation of students. See, e.g., student 8 in KA-94. He has a report for lab1 approved, but still three versions of it are shown as pending, and, worst of all, it reads "1A, 1P" in aggregate for lab1. The situation is exacerbated further with #29.
