Question: Multiple devices

Can we run on multiple devices in the same time ? (Like vscode we can run on chrome and android for example), and when the code is saved the hot reload is used in for both devices.
Well i've never had to do this so certainly have not personally implemented this, not on my radar either (as I'm not doing much dev atm) if you or anyone else wants to contribute feel free
