[REMINDER] Test the development experience with WSLg

Can already sign into the pre-release insider program.
It matters for the Cypress development experience: no need to install Cypress also on the Windows side, since the Linux GUI can be used.
- Update documentation (currently in wiki)
WSLg requires Windows 11. Don't have access to it.
Someone wanting to help on this, please chat and let's document the Windows 11 experience.
