31st Dec not reflected in cash flow plot

Steps to reproduce

1. Start trial company with CZK as base currency - have not tried other currencies
2. Create test transaction with 5th Jan as date and check the cash flow plot in dashboard - optional
   
3. Create second transaction with 31st Dec as date and check the cash flow plot in dashboard
   

Expected result

I expect to see all transactions reflected in the dashboard.

Actual result

Transactions dated to 31st Dec are not reflected in the dashboard.

Additional comments

• I also tried last days of all the other months and that worked fine

• Profit & Loss chart shows transactions from 31st Dec
  

• All transactions are showing up and are accounted for in the Banking section
  

• 31st Dec 2022 also does not show up in the cash flow chart

• Same behavior on self-hosted app
