Why
ts→tsがBabel7で吐けるため

Babel6 → Babel7

Beta版リリース or masterをBabel7対応
今あるs2sプラグインが全て対応できていればBabel7にあげてしまって構わないか？
今確認したところ https://github.com/babel-utils/babel-plugin-tester など、まだ周辺のエコシステムがBabel7対応できていない
astexplorerのtsオプションも動作せず。
やはり周辺環境が揃うまで実装は保留とする
