Constantly getting stuck at "waiting for file (PATH)\framexx.jpg" while using RealSR

I have a 1060 3gb, i5 6600k, 8gb ddr4 ram and vulkan works flawlessly with my setup but for some reason if I set the type to RealSR it stops after frame 40 or so of any video I try with it and according to Task Manager it's using 30% CPU, 0mb/s disk and 0% GPU so I'm kind of confused, nothing else is using my disk so I'm sure it's not that.
You need to make the tile size smaller I believe
