Add rewards system

We need to add a system where:
- Points can be given to students
- Teachers can add rewards for when a student reaches 500 points
- Students can redeem those
- Categories can be used to assign points quickly:
- Participation
- Attending class meetings
- Turning in assignments ON TIME
- Keeping a student’s camera on
