Extension fails to load after closing broswer - Firefox

Every time that the Firefox browser is re-opened, DeArrow fails to properly load. The only fix appears to be disabling and re-enabling the extension every time Firefox is opened.
Firefox v. 125.0.1 (x64)
Do you have something that clears the storage on close?

Cookies and Site Data are not set to clear upon closing the browser. Is there another setting I should check?
From what I can tell, there arent any other extensions or plugins that would clear storage either.
