Automatically apply DeArrow to specific channels

Rationale

Some channels consistently use clickbait thumbnails or titles.
For people who use DeArrow disabled by default, they might want to automatically apply DeArrow only to those specific channels.
Similarly, someone who always enables DeArrow might want to disable it for a specific channel because they want to see thumbnails, for example.
Therefore, it would be nice to have the ability to set DeArrow to be automatically applied or not applied on specific channels.

Proposal

Perhaps we could consider adding a DeArrow button next to the channel name, like so

However, this could be a bit annoying and could be confused with the DeArrow button that changes the title.

Alternatively, a DeArrow button could be placed next to the channel name on the channel page like so

It also seems like a good idea to show a confirmation message before activation, given the wide range of effects.
