Add option to disable/reconfigure DeArrow on music videos

Currently, DeArrow affects all videos, and there's no way to filter it from affecting music videos. This causes issues like decapitalizing artist names in titles (MGMT -> Mgmt), and the random thumbnails are typically worse than the normal ones (music videos don't clickbait much, I find). I think a good solution would be adding an option to not affect music videos or allow to reconfigure relevant options for music videos specifically.
