Bibliography states that YOLOv3 is available in PeekingDuck, which is misleading

Some of our YOLO's inference code is indeed from the YOLOv3 repo - but it has been credited in our Python scripts accordingly. Suggest removing the YOLOv3 row from biblio, and add another "Tick" under "code" column that links to the v3 repo.
