authorization_error: CUSTOMER_NOT_ENABLED

The issue happens when the user has just created a new account (customer_id)

  • When this error occurees, enrich the error message which is sent to the agents with the following sentences
    "If you have just created the account, please wait for a few hours before trying again.
    If the account has been active for a while, please check the account status in the Google Ads UI."
