I've decided to translate this guide into Spanish on behalf of @ruby-ve, greatly inspired by the work of @1c7 on #102

Just one question: Should I translate the fork or is it better to create a new repo for the translation?

Update on this: I had to drop out of this issue because of some discussions I had with the @ruby-ve org., so instead of abandoning it altogether I think it's better if you guys take over

I could lend a hand with spellchecking and proofread as soon as a PR is available —what do you think?

As I did not have response for a while I assume this was dropped while ago.
