My after effects's lottie plugin wont open

Your device maybe offline, please connect to the internet and reload the plugin. My laptop connected to internet. So I wrote this post from my laptop. my internet connection is absolutely fine. So why it gives such error. what should I do. I also vitited to lottiefiles.com. There is no info for troubleshooting such problems.
