release 1.33.0 and publish to extension marketplace

This issue is to request release 1.33.0 and publish it to the marketplace.

The changelog since version 1.32.0 only includes one new feature:

1. Support remote development mode with workspace execution location #283 Thanks @imyelo!

As usual, there are also some small dependency upgrades for security fixes and keeping on LTS.
