NSPsplitty

this is a general purpose tool for splitting or merging files to fit in the 'fat32' file system for all purposes (the name was given to make it obvious that Nintedo Switch files also counts) .

it was made as a more straight forward tool with a graphical interface.

Requirements

Windows (confirmed to work on 7/8/8.1/10)

short hand to use this tool

Browse button

browse to file location (split folder or merge file will also be created in the same location)

Copy Check box:

create a copy or not (leaving it checked is recommended, requires double the storage space of the file selected)

Split button / Merge button

start splitting files or merging them 
'Merge files' button will appear only if file '00'is selected (Updates v0.03-a require this)

Console box

reports activity for the user to know what's currently happening

Merge check box (removed on update v0.03-a and above)

select this first before choosing the file to merge (the merge button will appear)
