Project 4: Obscurity of language for solutions for aima-exercises

The description of aima-exercises is not lucid about the language used for the demonstrative solutions. Also, which web frameworks would be used for development of the Github pages? Please update the language requirements in the project description.
As far as I've read, it suggests using Javascript for generating the required animations in aima-exercises.
It appears that Github Pages uses a site generator called "Jekyll," and other frameworks such as Bootstrap may also be used.
