[BUG] version `0.0.2` on PyPI contains only `__init__.py`

Wheels for rl4co==0.0.2 contain only the __init__.py file as in this link; did not encounter the bug so far due to it being locally installed :')
This is possibly due to automating the publishing process here.
As a workaround, we can still install locally. We will fix this ASAP🤞🏼
