Sync Translation with Audio

One user suggests syncing the translation with the recitation (auto scrolling, and maybe even highlighting).
Would also be good for search. Currently, opening a search result in English or tafsir only jumps to the top of that page. Would be good if it scrolls to it too, and possibly highlights it so you don't have to look for which ayah it was.
